Orders and payment
All orders are subject to inventory and price verification. We may cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock are managed live and may change at any time. The product price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please follow our Shipping Policy.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, photos, logos, design) is owned by Ampere Collectibles unless otherwise noted. Do not republish or resell our content without permission. Trading card images are owned by their respective rights holders.
Limitation of liability
Ampere Collectibles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
