We collect the minimum information needed to fulfill your orders and answer your questions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
What we collect
- Order info: name, email, shipping address, phone, and order details (handled by Stripe).
- Form submissions: anything you tell us in the contact, trade-in, giveaway, or newsletter forms.
- Site analytics: anonymous traffic data via Google Analytics to improve the site.
How we use it
Order info is used solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support. Form submissions are stored to keep track of your inquiry. Analytics is aggregated and never tied to individual identities.
Email marketing
If you sign up for our list, we send a small number of emails about restocks, new product, and giveaways. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click in the email footer.
Third parties
- Stripe: handles payments and stores order details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- AWS: hosts our website backend and stores form submissions in DynamoDB.
- Google Analytics: anonymous site usage analytics.
Your rights
Email hello@amperecollectibles.com any time to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
